"We have had Beans and Biscuits at the folk club once a year for the last 3 years and they are a thoroughly great fun band with there own twist on Honkytonk, Country, Hillbilly Americana they always go down well especially the great fiddle player, We shall be booking the band again in 2023."

"I became a fan of Jeffs and Bird Street Players when i saw them for the first time at a local spot here in Tampa Florida. Never have i heard a local band with such timing, in the pocket riffs. The soulfull feel of his music is therapeutic. Jeffs style has everything I look for in live entertainment from fun loving energy to slow sultry grooving, jazz to reggae Jeff has it covered. "

"We hired the Left Coast Quintet to play for our wedding just before COVID shut everything down in March 2020. We originally booked them for 11/11/20. As I'm sure everyone can relate to, as the date got closer we became less hopeful about things changing and we knew we would need to postpone. We changed our date to July 2021 and then even changed our venue and throughout all of our changes, Dan was flexible, kind and assured us he would be available during our new date. As our date got closer, he offered feedback based on the little information I provided for what we wanted and on our big day the ceremony music was even more amazing than I ever imagined possible. We received numerous compliments from our guests about how great the music was! I also love this picture they snapped of us during our ceremony, it's incredibly special to see how it all looked from their point of view! All in all, I would highly recommend the Left Coast Quintet to anyone who is looking for an extra special touch for their wedding. "Yve has a very distinctive voice, and for someone of such small stature, the sound she makes is huge. I first came across Yve at a local festival, and she immediately won me over with her soulful bluesy sound. Since then I have seen her perform both as a solo artist and with a full band, and she never fails to impress. In fact every time you see her, you're reminded of exactly what it is you love about her. Off of the stage she's friendly and approachable and a pleasure to work with. She's easily one of the best female vocals I've heard in quite some time, and I'm glad that I found this jewel in the Norfolk countryside. I can't put into words just how good she is, you'll have to listen for yourself, but I can pretty much guarantee that you won't be disappointed! - Jon Seymour"

"The Taylor Road Band played at the 13th Mutt Strutt event for Halifax Humane Society, and they were GREAT! Not only was the music fantastic, these guys are professionals. Showed up on time, respected requests from attendees, and even helped us emcee the event and made announcements. I would recommend them for your next event, large or small."

"I booked Mister Jim and his band for my wife's 40th after a recommendation from one of her friends. Everyone was dancing from the get go and they played something for everyone. It was a surprise event and Jim helped make sure everything ran smoothly. Highly recommended"

"We have had Jim play at multiple parties for us and he is always an absolute professional and a dream to deal with. His repertoire is huge and he covers such a range of genres that he appeals to everyone no matter what age or music taste. Whether you book him for an acoustic afternoon set, an upbeat evening set or book with the Fuzz Junkies you're sure to have an unforgettable party that people will be talking about for a long time afterward! "I can't say enough wonderful things about Cold Weather Company! Steve was my primary contact and he responded to every email promptly. He answered yes to all requests. The band arrived on time and agreed to stay for a late night acoustic set. They were consummate professionals. The music is why we chose the band, and it was amazing & beautiful to hear live. They were the perfect blend of background music that you really want to stop your conversation to listen to, however their cover of Let It Be was so moving, it silenced the room. We could not have chosen better for our fundraiser, all 150 guests were entertained! We are still hearing rave reviews."
