"Peter gave an excellent presentation to Leeds U3A. He arrived in good time before the meeting and set up a whole range of medieval instruments. Peter illustrated his talk with songs and music played on various instruments including lute, flute, dulcimer, bagpipes and hurdy-gurdy. His knowledge of medieval music was extensive and he chose a wide range of music to make his talk informative and interesting. Our members thoroughly enjoyed the presentation and Peter was able to hold the attention of an audience of 100 people with an hour of great music played (and sung) to a high standard. Very entertaining. "

"We had Eric at a family party for my brother who was 60, his children and grandchildren attended so it was a mixed age group, Eric was very friendly and explained which instruments he was playing on, which he did very well. He has a varied list of songs and kept us entertained while he was there, some people carried on talking but later they said it was good to have some background entertainment, I would certainly recommend Eric to liven up any party, thank you so much for attending ours."

"Paul was fantastic and a brilliant surprise for a 60th Birthday party. He was really easy to communicate with beforehand and kindly learned some of the birthday girls favourite songs for the big day. We were up and dancing the minute he started and I don't think any of the party sat down from the moment he arrived. Everyone at the party was raving about the music the day after.... I would book again in an instant. Thanks Paul!"

"First time to Ireland, Everything was better than expected until I went to Polly Hops and you guys were playing. This took my trip to Ireland over the top. Fantastic music, songs, and entertainment! After being in what I'll call commercial pubs, I was beginning to be disappointed in hearing any traditional Irish music and what my expectations were of being is an Irish pub. That is until I was directed to Polly Hops because you guys were playing. The experience, music and entertainment you provided were the highlight of my visit to Ireland. "I’m so happy I hired James, he was the perfect person for my solo exhibition opening. He plays and sings so good and the songs were excellent choice.
