Review Centre: Wedding Officiants / Wedding Celebrants

" Timothy’s words will stay in our minds for a lifetime! We found Timothy online whilst looking for a celebrant for our wedding on the island of Crete. Upon registering our interest we set a date aside to have a video call to discuss our needs and see if timothy was what we were looking for. This video call turned into what felt like a chat with an old friend. We cannot put into words how calm yes excited that Tim made us feel about our wedding. Tim explained that whilst he wont tell us what he will be saying he promised to make it personal to us and very special. Over the next few months Tim contacted us regularly to check that we were ok and to answer any questions. Fast forward a few months and we met Tim the day before our wedding. Just like on video call it was like greeting an old friend, he is so warm, gentle and a pleasure to be around. When it came to the big day Tim made sure that we were both as comfortable as could be and explained the process to us individually. The ceremony lasted around 15 minutes and it was simply 15 minutes of beautiful words, delivered expertly. He personalised so much of his words to us and our guests and even greeted people in different languages. Tim made our day so special and reminded us that we will always be connected after the ceremony we shared. Anyone would be lucky to have Timothy as their celebrant."

"I am so happy with our choice to have Brian Lyke as the officiant for our wedding. He was so awesome the whole step of the way from the phone interviews, rehearsal, and wedding. He wrote / spoke the most amazing words for our wedding. We got so many compliments on the ceremony. It was a beautiful combination of laughs, wise words, spirituality, and inspiration. I highly recommend going with him for your wedding!"

"Thank you so much Agathia for making our wedding day so special, unique and beautiful. We will never forget walking up to you on the beach, and our eldest son gasped and said “she looks like a princess”, and you did. The ceremony took place in a circle, decorated with shells, beach rocks and seaweed, and there was a gorgeous shrine and alter.. it looked so amazing. And the atmosphere was calm, peaceful and you led the ceremony with confidence and made us feel totally relaxed.The ceremony was exactly what we wanted & dreamed of, it was absolutely beautiful. The details that you went to, using the elements and making the ceremony so unique really made our day something we will remember forever."

"Paul has worked with us on a number of large-scale events and his knowledge and input has been invaluable. Not only does he perform his primary role as Toastmaster superbly, but his experience of events has helped to spot issues and contributed enormously to the smooth running of very successful events. Excellent communication prior to the event. Able to adapt to whatever unexpected challenges presented themselves at the event. A crowd pleaser. Highly organised & articulate."

"Well honestly I'm not sure where to start! Timothy is the best; he made us both feel very relaxed and comfortable and at ease with the whole ceremony . I couldn’t recommend him enough such a lovely guy :) we both loved his aura just something clicked when we first spoke I was like yes this is the celebrant we would like . No need to look for anyone else we found him :) . Delighted with how the ceremony went, his energy is the best . "

"Well I do not know where to start, Kellie is one of the most kind hearted and magical humans I've ever had the privilege of meeting. It all started when I decided to choose James Hardie as our wedding photographer (which I also highly recommend. One very talented man) we exchanged emails back and forth and I quickly realised I knew nothing about planning a wedding, let alone one abroad. I started by asking for a bit of advice and it turnt quickly into finding my guardian angel 😇 nothing was ever to much bother and always responded quickly and ever so helpful. That's when we knew we needed a celebrant in our wedding (yes you would think we would have known this.... 🤔) but the guidance and professionalism Kellie showed us as she let us know she was a celebrant but put no pressure on us to book with her. We just knew this was our perfect fit. The whole day was smooth sailing for us and everything was effortlessly executed... Kellie really captured our love and sense of humour with our love story. Honestly I could write forever how amazing our experience with Kellie and her beautiful family was. The only thing that sucks a bit is it is over now ☹️ However we will keep in touch. You was such a special part of our day, and we will forever be grateful for all you done. Love is special and when you have it she reminds you never to let it go❤️ Thank you Kellie and James for making us have a perfect day. I highly recommend you book with Kellie you will not regret your choice, also if you need a photographer her husband James is a miracle worker! Very good at what they do!"

"Araxie is phenomenal! Alex and I couldn’t have chosen a more patient, detail oriented, creative, and organized wedding planner. She took the time to listen to our vision and create our dream wedding better than we could’ve ever imagined. She took the time to meet with us at last minute requests, was professional and quick when responding to emails, and never complained about our late night phone calls or multitude of weird questions. We took all of Araxie’s vendor recommendations, and they were all AMAZING to work with. And due to her extensive connections in the wedding industry, she was able to get us the best prices from vendors. We’ve received so many compliments on our table décor and stage, and friends and family talk about how beautiful, fun, and smooth our wedding ran till this day. "We were worried about the day. Overcast, drizzling, seemed like all was lost. Minister Wise, thinking quickly, negotiated with the venue and we were able to have our wedding in an interior space with precisely the view we'd expected if the ceremony were to be outdoors.
