I have seven years of belly dance training and impress audiences large and small with an array of costumes, props, and belly dance styles. From Detroit to Madrid and back to Louisville, I have performed around the world and am available for parties, events, weddings, festivals, social gatherings, and group lessons. Though I've been dancing for many years, I am new to Gig Heaven and am excited to connect with you here!
I study and perform Egyptian and Lebanese style of oriental dance including raqs sharqi, beledi, assaya (cane dance), and sha'abi. Always learning, I seek continuing education in pan-Arab styles including khaliji, guedra, and dabke.
We will work together to determine the style, costuming, prop use, and duration of my performance that will best suit your event's environment and audience. From audiences of 2 to 200+, I am known for warm, inviting, and lively performances that emphasize audience participation and celebration of the guest/s of honor.

Live band: If you are hiring a live band for your event, connect me with the band's manager or leader as far in advance of your event if possible. That will give us time to coordinate timing, music, and staging.
Sound system: If you would like music channeled through a sound system, please send me the specifications of the system and what input methods are available (bluetooth, audio jack, USB, etc), and if a DJ will be managing the music for your event. If you have any song requests, please let me know as far in advance as possible.
