Your supplier issues a booking contract.
Once a customer is ready to go ahead, the supplier sends a booking contract through Gig Heaven.
Approve the contract online.
No paperwork, just click to agree. A 10% deposit then confirms the booking, retained by Gig Heaven as our service fee.
Your supplier delivers on the day.
The supplier provides the services and the balance is paid directly to them, on the terms set out in the contract.
