Message suppliers directly.
Customers and suppliers chat back and forth through Gig Heaven to discuss the booking and agree a quote.
Your supplier issues a booking contract.
Once a customer is ready to go ahead, the supplier sends a booking contract through Gig Heaven.
Approve the contract online.
No paperwork, just click to agree. A 10% booking fee paid to Gig Heaven then confirms the booking. It counts towards the total price; the rest is paid directly to the supplier.
Your supplier delivers on the day.
The supplier provides the services and the balance is paid directly to them, on the terms set out in the contract.
