Booking musical acts as early as possible increases the chance of securing their availability on your event date, particularly during busy times of the year. However, many suppliers also accept last minute bookings, and we have successfully arranged performances for clients with just a few hours' notice.

Contact the supplier you are interested in booking by clicking "Contact Now" on their listing. Discuss your requirements using our messaging system or join a video meeting (like a Zoom-call) to speak face-to-face. Once you are ready to confirm your booking, simply ask the supplier to send you a contract, which you can agree to online, or request amendments. Once you agree to the contract you will be asked to pay a 10% deposit to confirm the booking, with the balance payable directly to the supplier by the due date you've agreed on.

Most musical acts are self-sufficient and come equipped with sound systems suitable for standard event settings. However, for larger venues or events with over 300 guests, additional sound equipment may be required to ensure optimal audio quality. We recommend discussing sound system requirements directly with your chosen act to confirm their setup meets your event's needs. Some musical acts also offer lighting systems, though this may incur an additional charge. Alternatively, they might recommend a trusted third-party supplier to provide lighting for your event. Be sure to clarify these details during your booking discussions.

Many musical acts are open to performing outdoors, but it’s essential to confirm this with your chosen act. Outdoor performances can be affected by weather conditions such as wind, rain, or extreme temperatures, which may impact the performance and the instruments. If you’re planning an outdoor event, ensure you provide a stable, flat surface for the performers and have a suitable cover or shelter in place to protect them and their equipment from unexpected weather changes. Discuss these details with your act in advance to ensure a smooth performance.
