The "Vinaigrette" trio was born in 2023 at the music conservatory of Reggio Emilia. Our name is originated from Rossini's favorite condiment (based with salt, vinegar and oil) funny choice for our group of violin, flute and guitar. We're the perfect group for your romantic weddings if you want classical music. Our repertoire is vast: we play pieces from Rossini, Verdi, Vivaldi, Shostakovich, De Falla, Paganini, Faurè, Pachelbel, Handel and so goes on.
