To successfully plan an event, we require detailed venue information including the exact location and capacity, both seated and standing. It's essential to know the availability of power supply (including phase type), access to backup generators, and any sound or lighting restrictions. We also need layout dimensions, stage availability (if any), load-in and load-out access for technical gear, and ceiling height for rigging.
