We normally arrive 1 hour before the performance for a sound check and setup. Our standard performance sets are 1 hour for ceremony and 1 hour for cocktail/reception. We are happy to adjust the duration slightly if needed, but these set times work best for both the audience and the flow of the event.
We are happy to perform outdoors under suitable conditions: shaded area, good acoustics, and stable weather. Performances cannot take place under direct sunlight or extreme weather. In such cases, the event will be rescheduled or payment refunded.
Clients can choose songs from our repertoire and request personalized arrangements. The final repertoire must be confirmed at least 2 week before the event. Last-minute additions may incur an additional fee.
