Clear load-in access (stairs/elevator) and a parking space close to the entrance for setup are very helpful. If the venue has a sound limiter, noise restrictions or fixed volume rules, I need that information in advance.
We usually need: exact venue address, best load-in point/parking, access details (stairs/elevator), nearest power sockets, start/end times, any sound limiter or noise restrictions, and the event schedule (dinner/speeches/party). If there’s a venue contact on site, that helps a lot.
Yes. I can provide professional sound and dancefloor lighting as a complete setup (PA + DJ booth/console + lighting). The system is sized to the venue and guest count. If the venue already has a good system, I can also play “DJ-only” and connect to existing equipment.
Yes. I can provide background music before the party and continuous music between key moments. For weddings/events I usually cover the full timeline seamlessly (reception/dinner/party) – either with my curated music or based on the client’s preferences and must-plays/no-gos.
