EVENTS & PRODUCTION

We are a full-service event production company providing technical solutions for events across Croatia and Europe. Our services include lighting, sound, staging, power distribution, truss systems, special effects, logistics, and on-site technical operation.

We work on a wide range of events—from festivals, concerts, and cultural productions to luxury private events, weddings, corporate gatherings, brand activations, and boutique destination events. Every setup is tailored to the venue and concept, combining creative design with practical technical execution.

Our experience includes large-scale productions such as Sea Star Festival, Pula Film Festival, and Gates of Agartha in Cave Romane, as well as numerous hotel, villa, and historical venues across Croatia, Slovenia, Germany, Spain, and beyond. Whether indoors or outdoors, we provide safe, reliable, visually impactful solutions supported by professional technicians.

We handle the full process: planning, transport, setup, operation, and dismantling—allowing clients to focus on the event while we manage the technical side.

Technical Info

What are your basic technical requirements?

We require safe access to the venue for equipment loading, a designated setup area, and standard power supply.
For most events, our minimum requirements are:

1–3 available 16A or 230V power points (depending on scale)

Clear access route for transport cases and equipment

Minimum setup space appropriate to the layout (typically from 5×3m for smaller setups, more for full productions)

If the event is outdoors, a sheltered or weather-protected area is required for equipment safety.


What information do you require about a venue?

We require details to support logistics and technical planning, including:

Full venue address & load-in instructions

Parking and vehicle access for equipment transport

Contact person on-site during setup

Venue room dimensions, layout, and ceiling height

Power availability and distribution points

Any sound/light limitations (e.g., sound limiters, power restrictions, curfews)

Indoor/outdoor placement and weather contingency plan

Detailed floor plans or photos are highly helpful for accurate equipment planning.


Do you provide sound and lighting equipment?

Yes, we provide complete technical production services including:

Professional lighting equipment (uplights, stage lighting, ambient lighting, effects, architecture lighting)

Full PA systems and audio equipment

Truss, staging, cabling, power distribution, and accessories
We are fully self-contained and bring all equipment required unless otherwise requested.


Can you provide a Spotify/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes, we can provide background music playback via Spotify, USB playlists, or client-provided music before, between, and after performances.
This can be done using our sound system, and clients may choose their own playlist or let us handle music selection.
Full DJ services with equipment and DJ can also be arranged upon request.

We’ve had the opportunity to work on several large-scale productions across Croatia, but some standout projects include:

What's your favourite type of event?

We enjoy working on a wide range of events, but our favourite projects are those where we can create a full visual and technical experience from concept to execution — especially outdoor productions, festivals, and premium private events in unique locations.

Events that combine creative lighting design, immersive atmospheres, and challenging venues are where we really thrive. Whether it's a festival stage, a historical site, or an intimate luxury event, we love projects that allow us to transform a space and elevate the experience for the audience.


What's your previous experience and how did you start gigging?

We started by providing technical support for local events and community productions, gradually expanding into larger projects as demand grew and our team and equipment portfolio scaled. Over the years, we’ve worked on festivals, cultural events, corporate productions, and luxury private events across Croatia.

Our experience includes supporting major events such as Sea Star Festival, Pula Film Festival, and Gates of Agartha in Cave Romane, as well as numerous boutique events in hotels, villas, and historical venues. Each project has helped us refine our workflow, logistics, and creative approach to event production.

What began as small-scale technical support evolved into a full-service production company capable of handling lighting, audio, staging, and complete event setups from concept to execution.


Which artists have you been most influenced by, who is your favourite artist and what is the greatest song of all time?

As a production company, we draw inspiration more from iconic live shows and stage designs rather than specific artists. We’re influenced by large-scale touring productions, festival stage concepts, and immersive lighting design from global acts across electronic, rock, and pop music.

We appreciate artists who invest heavily in their visual experience — from David Guetta and Swedish House Mafia to rock productions like U2 and Muse, as well as techno shows that emphasise lighting and atmosphere over stage theatrics.

Rather than naming a single "greatest song of all time," we’re driven by the idea that every event deserves a unique soundtrack and atmosphere tailored to the space, the audience, and the moment.

We focus on creating tailored visual and technical solutions rather than offering standard equipment packages. Every setup is customised to the venue, audience and atmosphere, whether it’s a festival stage or a private event. Our team handles planning, logistics, delivery, setup and on-site operation, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

Performance Info

What are your typical setup and performance times?

Setup times depend on the scale of the event and the equipment involved. For smaller lighting packages or simple setups we typically require 1–2 hours, while full production setups (lighting, sound, staging, truss, power distribution) usually require 3–6 hours or more, depending on the venue layout and access.

We always arrive with enough time to load in, set up, test, and complete a full system check before the event begins. If the venue has restricted access hours or requires overnight setup, we can schedule accordingly.

Since we are a production company rather than performers, there is no traditional "performance time" — our team stays on-site for technical support for the duration of the event if required.


Are you happy to perform outside?

Yes, we regularly work on outdoor events including festivals, private events, and large open–air productions. Most of our equipment is suitable for outdoor use, provided there is appropriate protection from weather conditions such as rain, wind, or direct exposure to the elements.

For safety reasons, sensitive equipment (lighting fixtures, audio equipment, power distribution, control desks) may require covered staging, truss structures, or weatherproof enclosures depending on the setup. We can provide weather-proofing solutions if needed.

We’re always happy to work outdoors as long as the environment is safe and technically suitable for the equipment.


Do the clients have a say in what you play or is it a set repertoire list only?

Since we are primarily a production and technical services company rather than performers, we don’t operate with a fixed musical repertoire. If we provide background music, playlists, or a DJ service, clients are welcome to choose the music themselves, provide a playlist, or let us curate music that fits the event.

If a professional DJ or live act is booked through us, they can customise their setlist according to the client's preferences, theme, and event style.

We’re flexible and want the music to match the atmosphere the client is aiming for.
