South African Cultural Gospel Choir UK is a choir with performance of energetic dance, singing and drumming, directed by the original member of The Lion King UK/Theatre Musical. We perform for wedding celebrations, parties, corporate, churches, private functions, theatres, concerts, cruises, festivals, recording studio work, movie soundtracks almost all or within the entertainment industry. All our performances, Playing to all sorts of events always happy and easy for the guests or audience to dance and singing
We started as a South African community in UK on corporate events, then thousands of weddings, parties, celebrations with more events across the UK and Globally
Mostly all African Cultural and Gospel Artists songs including Pop or R&B songs Globally
We normally arrive 1 hour 30 minutes earlier for set up, costumes and equipment with soundcheck if needed. We normally perform 2 x 30 minutes or 2 x 45 minutes sets with breaks in between. We are also happy to play along with the client according to their event programme or times.
We are happy to play outside especially in summer, only problem will be on a rainy day weather because of our instruments/equipment being affected but as long there's a shade we are fine.
The clients are welcome to pick a set list from our repertoire or let us choose music for them, or learn specific songs enquiry from the client, but with the limit of 3 songs also depend to the theme/concept of a venue.
