If live music is on your agenda, I’ve got you covered. I perform across a huge range of genres – from 40s classics to modern hits (scream metal and house dance music excepted, sorry) – and can tailor the vibe to your event. Whether it’s chilled background music at a wedding drinks reception or an energetic set to get the party going, I bring experience from West End and Broadway stages, cruise ships, and international events to your special day.
Need a bit of fun and competition? I create and host quizzes that entertain, challenge, and get everyone involved. From pub-style games to corporate team-building rounds, I’ll bring wit, timing, and engagement to keep participants laughing—and thinking—throughout.
From weddings and award ceremonies to charity events and parties, I make sure everything runs smoothly and with flair. I can introduce speakers, lead gameshows, keep the schedule on track, and even gently let people know it’s loo-break time—all with charm and humour. If not supplying my own PA system, a (preferably wireless) microphone, ideally handheld, so I can be heard. Anything else is a bonus!
Any parking restrictions and whether they have a decent PA system – I often bring my own, just in case!
If the venue doesn't have their own, I'll bring my own PA for sound, but I don't have lighting.

I love hosting the North of England Wedding Awards every year, currently at the Elland Road Pavilion in Leeds. It's a huge venue and perfect for a big opening musical number (just like at the Tony's!). It's wonderful to see the faces of those who have won an award and the excitement they display as they come up to the stage in triumph!
I don't have a favourite – I like it when my events are different over the course of the week, because the variety makes my life interesting!
I've been performing on stage since I was 8, but didn't really start hosting events until I was at university, where I hosted the likes of St Andrews' Got Talent, The Scottish A Cappella Championships, and Academic Family Fortunes. Since then, I branched the business out to include hosting alongside all my other services such as live music, wedding celebrancy, and quiz nights.

I tend to arrive at least 45 minutes ahead of the start time, even if I'm not bringing my own PA, to ensure any last-minute concerns can be dealt with and I can compose myself ahead of the event.
