Mission Media provides modern, reliable event production for conferences, galas, concerts, weddings, and church or nonprofit events. We handle the technical side end-to-end, including LED video walls and projection, room and stage lighting, live audio systems with experienced engineers, and multi-camera videography for recording or broadcast. Our team scales the setup to your crowd size and venue so the room looks sharp, sounds clean, and runs on time. We are known for calm planning, smooth load-ins, and show-day execution that lets clients focus on their guests instead of cords and cue sheets.
= areas covered (up to 275 miles)
= free travel (up to 45 miles)
For most events we need a clear, level setup area roughly 12 ft x 20 ft (bigger is great if staging or LED is involved). We typically need access to standard 120V power, at least two dedicated 15–20A circuits near the stage or FOH. A nearby load-in path for carts and cases is important, and if the venue has a dock or freight elevator, please let us know. We request reserved parking for our production vehicle(s) close to load-in.
Please share the venue address and best load-in entrance, plus any restrictions on delivery times, noise, rigging, or tape. We also need room dimensions, ceiling height, and whether the space has in-house AV, a sound limiter, or strict power rules. If there’s a venue contact or on-site AV manager, their name and number helps us coordinate smoothly.
Yes. We bring our own professional audio and lighting gear and can scale it to fit the room. Most of our work is indoor events up to about 500 guests, and we tailor the system to your crowd size, program, and venue layout.
Yes, we can run curated background music before, during breaks, and after program segments. We’re happy to use a playlist you provide or confidently set the vibe ourselves based on your event style and audience.
Yes. For streaming we need a stable internet connection, preferably hard-wired. If the venue Wi-Fi is weak, we can provide alternatives with advance notice.
Absolutely. We can integrate with venue systems or take the lead, depending on your preference. The earlier we connect with the house team, the smoother the day runs.
One of our standout gigs was a large two-day conference for a returning client where we handled full production from stage and lighting to video and audio. The room was packed, the show ran clean, and the client trusted us to lead the whole experience. Venue-wise, we love working in full-service hotels because they’re built for smooth load-ins and professional shows. The Atlanta Marriott Marquis is a favorite from our past work. Big, polished, and made for events that need to feel like a real production.
Conferences and galas are our sweet spot. They let us combine structure and creativity, and we get to elevate the room with clean audio, sharp visuals, and lighting that makes the moment feel important. We also enjoy concerts and weddings, but give us a ballroom full of people ready to be inspired and we’re happy.
Mission Media grew out of years of hands-on experience in live production, worship tech, and event leadership. We started by servicing local events and church programs, then expanded into corporate and nonprofit production as clients kept asking for more than just ‘sound and screens.’ Over time we built a full-service setup with staging, lighting, LED walls, live video, and project-managed execution. Today we bring a veteran-level mindset to every show: plan early, communicate clearly, and deliver on the day.
We’re not performers, so our influences come from production culture. We’re inspired by world-class live show design like you see on major tours and award shows, where every cue supports the story. If we had to name a ‘favorite artist,’ it’s honestly the client’s vision, because our job is to amplify what they’re trying to say. Greatest song of all time? For our team it’s anything that makes a room feel alive, but ‘Ain’t No Mountain High Enough’ is hard to beat for pure crowd energy.
We are not just dropping off gear. We plan with you, build a show flow, and stay hands-on through execution. You get a calm production partner who thinks ahead, not a pile of cases and a prayer.
Bigger shows should lock in 4 to 8 weeks out when possible, especially if staging or LED walls are involved. Smaller events can often be supported with shorter notice if the date is open.
Yes. We operate professionally and can provide documentation to venues on request. If a venue has specific rules, we will coordinate directly to stay compliant.
We are strongest in indoor events up to about 500 guests, especially hotel ballrooms, gala venues, and conference spaces. If your event is larger, we can still help, we just scope it carefully.
Yes. If rehearsals are scheduled, we will staff them and use that time to lock in audio levels, visuals, and lighting cues.
Crew size scales with your event. A simple setup may be 1 to 2 techs, while conferences or LED wall shows typically run 3 to 6. We staff appropriately so the show is covered without wasting your budget.
