OB Musician Mgmt Provider of Musicians: intimate to high-profile private party: Solo to BigBand

Technical requirements (electrical/performance space/meals/set-up area/etc. will vary based on the number of musicians & type of instruments.

1. An average of 2+ power outlets per musician is needed.
2. A minimum of 2 bottles of water available for each musician during performance or equivalent.
3. An area must be designated for OB2M team to eat either 2 hrs prior to start time, in between sets (to be discussed, if there is a singer there will need to be a minimum of 1.5 hour break between sets), or within 30 min after final set (depending on performance time).
4. If musicians are driving, parking spaces must be provided. Please inform us if shuttle/driver will be available if musicians are flying to the venue.
5. The name & number for coordinator/manager of the event.

Please note: Extending playing beyond agreed upon frame will be at the sole discretion of the musicians. Agreement of additional cost - in 30min increments - to be paid in cash prior to continuing, no exceptions.

There are a few items of information we require about a venue. We may also have follow-up questions and/or clarifications to the following questions :
1. Is there a sound limiter in/at the venue?
2. Will the musicians be inside or outside?
3. A pin drop of the location and detailed instructions on how to reach the location and/or the unloading area for equipment.
4. Will power extension cords and power strips be provided by the location?
5. The name and number to whomever will be coordinating the musicians arrival/electrical set-up.
6. If musicians are driving, a pin drop and directions to location of parking area.
7. Does the venue provide covering in case of unforeseen weather? (musicians & their instruments must be fully protected from weather to perform outside)

Sound and lighting equipment can be provided based on the clients wants/needs. Depending on distance of travel OB2M can arrange for rental of equipment if not available on-site. We have different packages and add-ons available to personalize every clients experience.

Yes, we’re happy to play music from Spotify before and between our sets. We’re happy to choose the music ourselves as we have a varied channel dedicated to music written and performed by our musicians or we can let the client choose the music. Please note : music after, the agreed sets have been completed, is not included unless prior written agreement has been made.

Most musicians with OB2M have been performing for 15-20 years professionally. Many of them started gigging at a young age prior to attending a conservatory of music. A few musicians have been self taught starting at 10 years old. As professional musicians, they have all traveled the world playing music and entertaining the souls of people from every corner on big stages with audiences of 20,000 people to intimate private dinner parties on yachts.
