A professional singer and multi-instrumentalist with a long experience from performing all around the Nordics. I play both as a troubadour and a looping artist, as well as a saxophone player. I have a large variety songs, genres and languages in my pocket. I sing and play many styles from pop and rock to evergreens and jazz, opera and folk songs, and a few opera numbers. I sing in English, Swedish and other nordic languages, Finnish, Italian, Spanish and even a requested popular number in Scots.
As a troubadour it can be just me and my acoustic guitar, or me playing with a looper pedal/backing tracks to get a full band feel. I do looping (Ed Sheeran style) and get the energetic vibe out and get people dance and sing along.
As a saxophone player I play party sax gigs with backing tracks or a DJ, or lounge jazz gigs with backing tracks or as a duo/trio/band.
It is possible to combine these, even though it might demand some more time and planning to set up at the event.
= areas covered (up to 720 miles)
= free travel (up to 20 miles)
I need a performance space of at least 1,5 meters x 2 meters. I require a wi-fi, at least one power socket and 1 parking space.
I need to know directions that will help me find the venue and find the right place to load in my equipment. I'd also need to be informed if there’s a sound limiter in the venue.
I can provide a sound equipment.
For a small venue: Roland Cube troubadour amplifier (possible to run without power from the venue).
For a middle size venue: dB Technologies ES602 sound system (mono).
For a bigger size venue up to 150 people: two dB Technologies ES602 sound systems (stereo).
Yes. The client can share before the event with me the Spotify playlists that they wish for the music before and between sets.
Setup time varies depending on how much gear I have with me - an acoustic performance takes 10 minutes to prepare. If I bring a PA, and perform both with sax and as a troubadour, the setup time is up to 60 minutes.
I usually arrive one to two hours before the performance to set up. I normally play sets of 45-60 minutes, and have a break in between.
Yes I am. I can perform acoustically, or with a battery-driven amplifier. In case of rain I need to have a cover of some sort, and have my instruments and gear covered. In case I need electricity, the event needs to provide it.
I do ask what songs the client have in mind, as long as it is no more than 5 new songs for me. The client is welcome to pick songs from my repertoire.
Smooth, beautiful singing, but also: energetic party vibe, "setting a perfect mood for our event".
