Technical Info

What are your basic technical requirements?

I would require a PA system and a mic stand as well as a simple lighting rig, unless I'm booked to provide background music then I wouldn't necessarily need the lighting rig.

What information do you require about a venue?

I would love to know any directions to help find the venue easily.

Do you provide sound and lighting equipment?

No, I would require a PA system and a mic stand as well as a simple lighting rig, unless I'm booked for simple lounge/background music.

Can you provide a Spotify/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes, I'm happy to play music before the set whilst setting up, in between sets as well as after. I'm happy to choose the music to match the vibe of the event as well as the set you have chosen from me.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best gig you've ever done and the best venue you've ever worked at?

I performed at Buckingham Palace for the King of the UK as well as many well known celebrity guests. It felt great being chosen to perform alongside other wonderful singers and musicians and be appreciated for my vocal performance.

What's your favourite type of event?

I love performing in different venues for various events but my personal favourite would be weddings. I love bringing joy to the wedding party, being a part of a couples special day and being able to make it extra special for them with great music is wonderful.

What's your previous experience and how did you start gigging?

I first started gigging back in college in the UK. I joined a band and we performed many weddings and social events across England. This definitely helped develop my performance and confidence as a singer fronting a band. I've now been performing for over 10 years and have learned a lot in that time as well as perfected my craft as a vocalist.

Which artists have you been most influenced by, who is your favourite artist and what is the greatest song of all time?

I love Aretha Franklin. Her soulful performances are a thing of beauty and something I strive towards in my performing career. Also been influenced by Whitney Houston and of course Beyonce. I have incorporated a few Whitney classics such as I Wanna Dance with Somebody and Saving All My Love for You into my sets and my all time favourite by Aretha Franklin, Respect.
