Pop Goes Big Band is a full-scale, 90-minute experience that transforms legendary pop and rock songs into bold, swinging jazz showpieces. Drawing from icons like Queen, Elton John, and other timeless hitmakers, the set blends classic swing-era orchestration with arena-sized melodies audiences already love.
Brassy shout choruses, walking bass lines, lush sax harmonies, and theatrical vocals give each song a second life—some turning into high-energy dance numbers, others into smoky late-night ballads. The show flows like a classic jazz revue: strong opening statement, dynamic peaks, intimate mid-set moments, and a triumphant encore that leaves the room buzzing.
This format works perfectly for theaters, jazz festivals, corporate galas, and upscale club stages, delivering both nostalgia and novelty in one polished package.

Need one parking space and ideally easy access to venue for loading.
We need to know directions and venue instructions regarding loading and unloading.
i have my own mic and stand. i would need a sound system to plug into that can play music through a phone or laptop.
I can provide music in between my set if required.
The best gig i have done so far is a performance at camp and furnace in Liverpool as part of primal live Liverpool's biggest indepedent music festival. it was great to see the reaction from the crowd, and perform with some other amazing artists that are the future of the music industry.
I love to perform at all types of event, The best part is entertaining the crowd and making sure everyone leaves happy and singing all night long.
I have only started gigging properly this year, despite this i have already performed at some prestigious events as mentioned above. i also have a number of events already booked for this year.
My main influences include artists such as Elton john and Frank Sinatra. although my act takes songs from multiple artists through the years . For me the greatest song of all time is bohemian rhapsody By Queen
I arrive between 1/2 - 2 hours before a performance. a quick sound check is required to ensure levels are correct.
Fully happy to perform outside provided that i can connect to speakers in order to play tracks.
Im happy to tailor my performance to the needs or the client.
During one of my performances i was told it was like having Sinatra in the room.
Yes i can provide a DJ service after my performance. i also offer quiz hosting for your event.
