I have played in many venues in chicagoland area with bands. Now i play by myself or with a guitar player. Played a a wine bar last summer and did many requests for the people. They came back for multiple weeks.
My favorite type of event is one with a large amount of people that enjoy the music and dance.
I have been playing with many sizes of groups and by myself for over 45 years.
My favorite artists are Frank Sinatra,The Beatles,Billie Holiday and Herb Alpert.
I usually get to my jobs early. It only takes me about 25 minutes to set up.
Outside is fine. Usually need a flat surface to set up on.
I do most requests. I have songs i usually do but am open to anything im asked to play except classical.
People like that i can play what they ask for.
