I believe it was a tender mercy I was able to connect with Johnny, the bagpiper, at the passing of our mom. He was compassionate, professional, and created a musical selection that helped convey our feelings of sorrow and loss to reverence and respect as we said our final goodbyes to our beautiful mother.
