We have used John for two years now after my brother passed. He is obviously talented but more importantly in times of grief… He is so easy to work with, responsive and kind. He doesn’t push, he’s helpful and willing to go above and beyond. He wasn’t in a hurry to leave and wanted to make sure we had a good experience. He’s just a good human with good energy.
