We need to have the venue information like if it’s a hotel/private location/gated area etc. prior to the event to ensure we get to the venue on the time booked.

I usually arrive 10-15 minutes before show time (performance) to make sure everything goes smoothly, music prepared and props ready for the show. Most shows range from 15 minutes (bellygram) to 30 minutes full show performance, and for restaurants is usually 2 sets of 12-15 minutes each set.
