For daytime outdoor performances, shade is recommended. We can provide our own canopy if needed.

We are accustomed to working within active, live event environments and coordinate closely with event staff to ensure smooth integration and minimal disruption.

To ensure the best possible experience, we typically ask for a few key details about the venue and event:

• Event date, start/end time, and performance duration
• Venue type (indoor/outdoor) and general layout
• Approximate audience size
• Power access, if available (many performances can be fully battery-powered)
• Load-in access and setup window
• Any sound restrictions or volume guidelines

This information helps us tailor the sound, setup, and performance flow to the space so the music complements the environment seamlessly. We aim to keep setup simple and unobtrusive while delivering a polished, professional experience.

Oléha can provide a fully self-contained, professional audio system designed for indoor and outdoor environments. Our setup prioritizes clarity, warmth, and even coverage — delivering polished sound without excessive volume.

Performances can be fully battery-powered for up to 6 hours, allowing flexible placement in venues without access to power. The system comfortably supports audiences of up to approximately 300 guests, depending on layout and environment. Optional ambient LED stage lighting is available to enhance the overall atmosphere and complement the music.

Some of our most meaningful performances have happened in very different environments.

At Irvine Spectrum, we regularly perform in a high-traffic public setting where people don’t expect to pause — and seeing listeners slow down, connect emotionally, and stay longer than planned is always rewarding. We’ve also performed at the Garden Amp in Garden Grove, opening a standing-room-only Mother’s Day event for over 800 people. In a very different but equally impactful way, performing for Cora’s Crafts charity events has been especially meaningful, using music to help pediatric patients momentarily escape the stress of illness and simply enjoy being kids.

We especially enjoy events where music is meant to enhance the atmosphere rather than being the main focus — corporate gatherings, conventions, trade shows, mixers, hospitality spaces, weddings, and public venues where guests are socializing, networking, or simply enjoying the moment. Our live soundtracking approach works best in environments that value flow and ambiance.

Oléha began performing professionally in 2022 and has since delivered over 200 live performances across Southern California. Our experience spans corporate events, festivals, civic programs, weddings, and high-traffic public venues, with a focus on adaptive, real-time live music designed to fit each setting.

Setup time varies depending on the format and location, but we typically arrive 60 minutes before performance to allow for soundcheck and placement. Performance lengths are flexible and commonly range from 2-3 hours, with the ability to play continuously or in structured sets depending on the needs of the event. Our longest performance bookings have been 6 hours for conventions. We’re happy to adjust timing to fit the flow of the day.

Yes — we frequently perform outdoors. We ask for a flat, level surface and basic protection from direct sun or weather. Many of our setups can be fully battery-powered for up to 6 hours, allowing us to perform in locations without access to power when needed.

Our performances are designed to adapt in real time to the environment and audience. Clients are welcome to share preferences, moods, or general direction in advance, and we’re happy to accommodate specific requests when appropriate. Many clients prefer to let us guide the music organically during the event to best support the atmosphere.
