I can be battery powered, but prefer 2 power sockets and 1 parking spot.

As I can perform a wide variety of music, knowing the type of music your audience normally prefers can help me craft a set. Will also need to know directions, any sound limitations, etc.

I bring my own PA system to all gigs.

I'm happy to play music from Spotify or similar before/after/between my sets. Just let me know what you want to hear!

I've performed my solo act singing at a variety of bars, wineries, and street festivals, performed in musicals all over America, but my favorite gig ever was singing at my sister's wedding. So great to be able to share her special day with her!

While I love playing at all sorts of events, I especially love it when I play songs people know so they can sing along. For example - I sang for a Valentine's Day Concert at a Senior Center, where we shared the joy of so many beautiful songs about losing, and finding love.

I've been singing and performing since I was a child - started in Musical Theatre, lived in California and NYC for a while. I moved to VA to teach at a Conservatory, and performing live gigs is a way to share my love of music with all.

Some of the many artists I find inspiration from include Carol King, Alanis Morissette, Pink, the Beatles, Disney soundtracks, Patsy Cline, the Carpenters, Eva Cassidy, Joni Mitchell, Barbra Streisand, Maroon 5, Tracy Chapman, Jon Legend, No Doubt, Chappell Roan, and Brandi Carlile. Absolute favorites are so hard, but probably my favorite singer would be a tie between Judy Garland & Carole King, as they are both such iconic storytellers. I would argue the greatest song of all time is the one that you need to hear at this moment in time, as musical experiences are fluid and personal.

I arrive 30-45 minutes before to set up. I can perform 2 or 3 sets, from 45-60 minutes each. If required, I can play for longer periods, especially interspersing instrumental music as well as vocal pieces.

I'm very happy to perform outside, so long as the weather is ok and I don't blow away :) I do prefer shade, and can bring my own small canopy if needed. While I prefer a power supply nearby, I can be battery operated if required.

I have a large list of repertoire, and am also happy to learn specific songs before the event. I also take requests during a show, so long as the song is familiar.

Audiences would describe me as a creative and unique singer/musician with a beautiful voice, who can range from a Disney princess to a rock-star vibe. The wide variety of cover songs means I can sing someone to make everyone happy, and I find usually the most familiarity with 90s or 60s cover songs.
