Rich came to our quarterly bbq and did close-up magic for all the team. We have a lot of older, tough, blue-collar workers who "have been around". A few of them stood to the side, arms folded, ready to "bust the magician". Rich picked those guys first. After a few tricks, they were speechless and totally on his side.
