"The first time we saw Darren was at a friends wedding and we were completely blown away by his magic. We had to have him perform at OUR wedding and we're so glad we did. All our guests absolutely loved him and he performed this trick especially for me and my husband, WOW! we are still trying to figure out how he did it! "I truly believe that La Rosa Oscura is the best flamenco entertainer in the Chicago area. She has a strong stage presence combined with a variety of styles and personal touch of elegance and grace during her performance. I love how she connects with her audience, the passion she demonstrates and of course the costumes. It is inevitable not to feel the emotions of flamenco when she dances. "

"We hired Jay to do roving magic for my birthday party with about 30 adults. Even from the initial point of contact he has continued to be incredibly professional and super easy to work with - replying and responding promptly to all of my messages and requests. Jay was definitely the highlight of the night, and I am convinced that he has real magic! I was left speechless and all of my guests were absolutely floored, we couldn’t believe our eyes!! He wowed everyone with his vast repertoire of amazing tricks including card tricks, coin tricks, even a bit of fire magic. He made everyone laugh and has a great entertaining personality perfect for any type of party. Will definitely be hiring him again for our next event and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
