Review Centre: 1960s Era Musicians & Bands

"Hello..I, along with friends, have seen this band twice in the last couple of months..once at St. Albert casino and then at Newcastle in Edmonton..our group dances all night so appreciate a good band that keeps us on the dance floor..this band, PLAYING WITH FIRE, did just that..it was a very fun night. Apparently, in the near future, they are going to be playing some new songs..interested to see what they have in store. If anything like the present we will be happy to see them live again. Check this band out. You will be happy you did."

"BEST WEDDING BAND EVER!!! Tony and his band played for our wedding ceremony and reception and were AMAZING! We made the error of seating Tony behind our guest during the ceremony and his performance was so good half our guests thought it was a CD playing! For the evening reception, incredible performance, incredible musical execution and spot on choice of songs. All the guests we've seen since the day have raved about how amazing the band were. We had an amazing venue, and fantastic weather but it was all upstaged by how great the band were."

"The last couple of years we had the pleasure of having the Scottish musician Bob Ferguson on stage. He is a great performer. With Bob in the house, you're sure of having an entertaining afternoon or evening. And the music he's playing is diverse. Scottish and Irish folk, but also songs made by himself. We knew Bob already from concerts he played in our folkclub with Beggars Row and Celtic Hearts. But his solo concerts are also from high quality. So whenever you have the chance to get him on stage in your folkclub, bar or festival.....?! Book this guy! "

"Wow! Wow! and lots of Wows! Sandy is BRILLIANT! She has brought soooooo many new customers to our bar here and managed to please them all! ALL ages, all tastes in music and ALL people! Pop, ballads, rock, disco, - you just request it and Sandy sings it with her beautiful voice and her wonderful personality. I noticed immediately that she was a trained dancer - her moves are so professional. I've never seen so many happy people in one room! (10 / 10)"

"Duo was amazing and everyone enjoyed the dancing from start to the end. We had a such a great moment together and Diana's voice is so gentle and powerfull in one. We'd definitely recommend them to all of our friends in future for any occasion."

"Dearest Aoife and Groove Machine Band I know you must hear it all the time... the "thank you's" and the "you're so wonderful's", and I know you've probably seen a bazillion pictures online already... But I wanted to say too, something that's often forgotten in all the hullabaloo: Just seeing you on that stage probably affected a lot of young men & women in a wonderful way and gave them a lot of strength and hope for their own futures. You gave a wonderful performance on Saturday and I'm so looking forward to seeing your shows more often. Until then; you have all my thanks and admiration. "A perfect "headliner" for a backyard party. Riley is a polished performer, who added so much to our backyard "ranch" party. He is kind, interesting and was willing to "fit" the theme. Everyone raved. He was the highlight, but didn't need to be in the spotlight. Thank you Riley! "
