About the band…
As the name implies, The Sunset River Band takes an audience on a wild and winding musical journey through the biggest hits from the last 5 decades! From the 50s ( Elvis, Roy Orbison) to the 60s ( The Beatles, Creedence, Janis, Steppenwolf, Van Morrison), the 70s ( Fleetwood Mac, Doobies, Allman Bros, Tom Petty, Skynrd, ZZ Top, Ronstadt, Santana, Bad Company) the 80s ( Pat Benetar, Aerosmith, the Pretenders, Blondie) up though the 90s to the present ( Tracy Chapman, K.T. Tunstall, Macy Gray, Chris Stapelton, Brooks and Dunn.) Throw in a healthy dose of old school soul and funk ( Aretha, Sam and Dave, Ohio Players, James Brown) and a dash of country ( Yoakum, McBride, Yearwood, Carpenter) and it adds up to a rockin, rollin’, dancin’ good time!

We usually arrive 2 hours before showtime. Our sets can be from 45 minutes to 2 hours depending on the event. We can do up to 4 x 45 minute sets.
