L'équipe est très professionnelle et offre un excellent service client ; la communication a été parfaite et le service fiable. "I used these guys for my wife’s 50th birthday party. They are very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. My location required the tent to be set up on uneven landscape rock. Maurice and his crew came in did an outstanding job putting in the flooring and making it smooth! Their tent, tables and chairs are clean high quality and clean. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again when the need arises! Great job Omega Design Events!!"

"J'ai cherché sur internet des services de location de matériel à Montréal et je suis immédiatement tombée sur Omega Design Events. J'ai parlé à Maurice au téléphone pour tout confirmer et il a été d'une aide précieuse, exceptionnel et extrêmement sympathique. Tout a été livré en parfait état et le résultat était magnifique une fois l'événement installé. De plus, les livreurs et les récupérateurs étaient vraiment adorables. Je recommande vivement Omega Design Events à tous ceux qui, dans la région, cherchent à louer du matériel pour une fête, un événement, etc. Je ferai certainement appel à Omega Design Events à nouveau ! "Prompt and timely setup, with no-hassle return as we were told to just leave everything as-is for them to collect back the next day, without the need to stack or fold back any of the tables and chairs. The tablecloths were of great quality."

"I tried many Bounce House companies and I must say that this one has pleased me the most. They were honest and I did not get that stomach twisting feeling that somebody would get when something is not right. Everything was perfect. They had everything set up and taken down in the windows of time that had been discussed. They were very friendly. The event that I had used this company for went above and beyond my expectations and for that I am grateful and all that enjoyed Omega Design Events inflatables were very pleased as well. Thank you and I will be a returning client. ( All children were completely pleased and left with memories to last)"

"The letters were perfect and complimented our event beautifully! They were heavy duty and sure to wow the guests. We didn't have the easiest of access to our venue for the delivery, but the gentleman who delivered them put a smile on his face and didn't make mention of it. We were so appreciative of what he did for us and look forward to working with them in the future!"

"Excellent service by Maurice! Everyone in their team from first ever call till tent wrap up was professional. Tent, tables and chairs are good quality. Setup was done as expected. I highly recommend them. We had their 40'x40' tent for 160 guests."
