We don't need a stage or performance space, but we do need reliable phone and email access with the couple and vendors in the lead-up, plus clear on-site access on the wedding day itself for setup, deliveries, and coordination with the venue team.
We like to know the venue's layout, parking and loading access, any restrictions on decor, noise, or curfews, and the name of an on-site contact we can liaise with on the day. This helps us plan logistics smoothly and avoid surprises.
We don't supply sound or lighting equipment ourselves, but we work closely with trusted vendors and can source, book, and coordinate sound, lighting, and AV suppliers as part of your package.
