"I hired Susan for my daughters 7th birthday party and she was awesome. She was punctual and showed up early to ensure she has time to set up before her time slot began. She was very patient with the kids who were in her face the entire time. She even took time to make balloon creations for the teenagers there because she had time in her hired window to do so. I highly recommend and her prices are very affordable."

"Your search for the perfect mermaid ends HERE! It was my daughters 7th birthday and many of her classmates were there by her side enjoying all the games and swimming! Mermaid Dominique was engaged and always picture perfect! Keeping the children entertained and engaged for the entire time! I could not recommend her enough! "

He possesses his own very special ability to transcend genres, forms, cultures, and creative roles to reach out and connect with an audience. He effortlessly bridges the worlds of Magic and Music, sometimes combining the two, often with a healthy dose of humor thrown in. He is a magical, musical Jack-of-all-trades, capable of assuming the throne of a King of Comedy, very comfortable playing the role of Joker when appropriate, and who is always a true on-stage Ace in the Hole. "

"Chris was absolutely Fab! Parents were amazed that our group of 15 kids (10 years old) could stay 2h under Chris charm and magic. The ventriloquist part was so funny. Overall I can only recommend Chris to anyone looking for a great time."

"Paul was lovely, we had a chat during the week leading up to the event to discuss what we wanted. He was punctual and polite during the evening. I think those that had caricatures done were happy with the results. Indeed my daughter and son-in-law ,whose wedding it was, loved theirs. I would recommend Paul for his talent in portraying the fun side of person on paper."

"Best magician I've seen in years. He delighted the children and adults alike at my 11year old son's birthday party. He was wonderful at weaving attention to the birthday boy and other kids individually and made us all giggle throughout. My son thanked me afterward and said his friends all loved the show. Yesterday I got fed both spiritually and materially at Soweto’s Just Badela eatery when I attended a heart-warming joint jazz presentation by Just Badela & ‘EXPRESSIONS by Siphiwe Mhlambi’ – the latter is an event series that capture the soul of jazz through Mhlambi’s evocative photography that blends rhythm and emotion into his every frame. I can right now without any whiff of doubt declare that the event lived up to its brand promise of delivering “an unforgettable afternoon with the legendary Herbie Tsoaeli, the master of double bass and a pioneer in South African jazz” to a full-house sit-down audience. (Indeed I) experience(d) the soul-stirring melodies and rich rhythms that have captured audiences around the world.” Nico Phooko was drawing inspiration from the music and the soul-caressing ambience by live painting a piece that will become a new addition to his “Notes & Strokes” series. The MC was Ngwako Malakalaka from Kofifi FM. We had the opportunity to witness Mhlambi autographing copies of our recently published book, “Rhythms in Black & White: A Virtual Journey Through the World of Jazz”, to happy revellers. Another illustrious author/publisher, Sam Mathe, manned a table selling his book too, “From Kippie to Kippies And Beyond”, on whose pages live our musicians. We do appreciate the platform that Just Badela provides to independent publishing and art . "
