"We were so happy to have Dorothy play at our wedding — she was absolutely brilliant. Her harp music added such a special, elegant touch to the day and really helped set the tone from the moment guests arrived. In the lead-up, Dorothy was a dream to work with. She made everything really easy and stress-free, with a clear repertoire to choose from and great suggestions. She even tailored the song list to suit us as a couple, which made everything feel really personal. On the day, she played beautifully — we had loads of compliments from guests, and hearing our chosen songs on the harp was such a memorable part of the ceremony. We’d highly recommend Dorothy to anyone looking for a harpist. She’s professional, lovely to work with, and so talented. Thank you again, Dorothy, for helping make our day so special!"

"Thanks so much to Raga Music Factory for making the 70th birthday function of my brother Ash that I hosted even more memorable and fabulous. Right from the start, it was such a pleasure working with them. We particularly loved their attention to detail and curating all the song requests and dedications and little family anecdotes in detailed interactions with us, all of which made it so much more nostalgic and emotional on the day, the audience loved every bit of it ! In addition to being very accomplished singers, the couple have a very pleasant and endearing personality, are such great communicators and very warm and approachable which makes them feel more like your extended family. We will have them back again very soon and I am already planning a Diwali musical night hosted by them for our family and friends."

What impresses me the most is her ability to play any tune as per requests regardless of having practiced it or not. She has such a unique warm tone and she was able to express the emotions of the song very clearly to the audience. I was captivated by her voice and so did the rest of the audience. "TLDR: Music is good, communications is on point, on the day it’s all under control and beautifully executed, everyone enjoyed, stress free throughout, we are so happy. —— We are so blessed to have Dorothy playing harp at our wedding! Totally recommend her as she excels every single steps throughout. She’s so talented, professional and with lots of personal touch that we deeply appreciate. Her music is just amazing. All the guests complimented her and enjoyed all the songs. She’s able to learn extra new songs depending on the packages, and those ones we asked her to learn were beyond the world. Made so many of us cry as the music really complemented the moment perfectly. Her website and wedding information book was clear and easy to navigate. From the first email communications, Dorothy showed great dedication, care and professionalism in catering to our big day. She gave super clear communications and instructions, was very involved throughout but also gives us (the couple) lots of freedom to design the process (music lineups, songs arrangement, where to set up the harp, etc) to make it how we want it. We’ve dealt with so many suppliers along the way as we plan for the wedding, and although they are all great, Dorothy is honestly the best and really makes us feel so safe and happy throughout and even afterwards.
