Karan KZ & Band bring the magic of Bollywood and original Hindi music to life with soulful vocals, energetic performances, and a dynamic live sound. Led by Karan KZ, who has a growing fanbase of over 20,000 followers, the band features a drummer and keyboard player, with optional guest musicians such as flute or bass for an even richer experience.
Our style blends romantic Hindi classics, high-energy Bollywood hits, soulful originals, and a touch of Punjabi & Pakistani music, making it perfect for weddings, private parties, cultural events, and small concerts.
We offer multiple lineups to suit different events:
Solo Karan KZ – vocals and guitar, ideal for intimate performances.
Duo – vocals, guitar, and either keys or drums for a fuller sound.
Full Band – vocals, guitar, keys, and drums for high-energy events.
Full Band + Guest Musician – add flute or bass for extended performances.

We are mostly self-contained. We bring our own PA system, microphones, and basic stage lighting. For larger venues, additional lighting or sound support can be coordinated with the venue if required.
Yes! We can play background music before, after, and between our live sets. Clients can choose the playlist, or we can select music appropriate for the event to keep the vibe going.
One of our most memorable performances was at a private wedding in Toronto where the energy was incredible and the crowd danced throughout our set. It was amazing to connect with everyone through music, and the intimate vibe of the venue made it truly special.

Karan KZ started performing while building his music following on Instagram. From small home recordings and live sessions, the band grew into a full live act. Since then, we’ve performed at dozens of weddings, private events, and small concerts across Toronto and Edmonton, delivering a mix of Bollywood classics and original music.
We’re influenced by artists like Arijit Singh, Atif Aslam, and Darshan Raval for their soulful vocals and emotional storytelling. aran KZ personally loves Arijit Singh (AITF) as his favourite artist. The greatest song of all time for him is “Aadat” — a song that truly inspires his music style and performances.

We can learn specific songs before the event but we usually limit this to 5 songs. The clients are welcome to pick a set list from our repertoire or let us choose the music for them.
