When a customer books a supplier, they pay a deposit of 10% of the total fee by card to confirm the booking after agreeing to the booking contract. This is our booking fee and is retained by Gig Heaven.
The remaining 90% balance is paid directly by the customer to the supplier using the payment method and schedule agreed upon in the booking contract.
Most suppliers accept a wide range of different payment methods to receive the balance.
The exact methods will depend on which country the supplier is based in.
