"I travel a lot for work and personally. I recently visited McAllen, Texas this week. When I go to places, I like to visit somewhere that helps me be in touch with the local community to get the real vibe. This first place I went to set it off perfectly, was the Mercado District. It is full of excitement, a delicious food hall, and several unique shops under one roof. What made our dinner more enjoyable was listening to a live saxophone performance by Dr. Saxy. His passion was contagious and everyone in the area of the Mercado was celebrating, singing, and dancing to his performance. He definitely had the place rocking! Congrats Dr. Saxy for giving me the real vibe! If you have a chance go see him!"

"I had Shaun Blake perform at my pub in December and he did a great job. He engaged with the crowd and even took some requests, my customers loved the music and we all enjoyed the evening. I'll happily have him back! Sylvi G, Borough Arms"

"We hired the Anthems Live Band for our wedding. They delivered the gig so brilliantly I’m keen to get them for my 25th birthday next year. Such great crowd interaction that everyone completely partied! I can’t imagine the night without them now!"

You took our favourite songs and made them into beautiful classical versions and we could not believe how amazing they sounded as I walked down the aisle! "They exceeded our expectations and gave us such an amazing wedding party. The dance floor was always packed, and they did a great job engaging the crowd, changing song lyrics, adding extra touches. The communication was incredible throughout, so clear, quick & enthusiastic. Would highly recommend booking Eccentric Pony to anyone!"

"From initial contact through to the event, Marcus was the ultimate professional.  He learnt four new songs that we were particularly keen to have as part of our set list, we were not disappointed – in fact I don’t think we would have known they were new to him, if we hadn’t asked for them.  Additionally, we were able to choose from his repertoire and the order for each set flowed well.  An added bonus was that Marcus was able to have background music playing between sessions which was perfect.  I have no hesitation in recommending Marcus for your event. "

"“Arrived back in L.A. last night. Just wanted you to know how significant the band was to the success of our daughter's wedding. Every guest I spoke with told me you all were just outstanding. My wife and I agree, without question, that you all were the highlight of the party. That was my last daughter to be married, so it's the end of the line...wish I had another one to marry off ( sort of) so I could hear you again! Many thanks to you and the band. And thanks for not being a typical "wedding band."
