"We hired the band for our wedding day, and honestly couldn’t sing their praises any higher. We paid for the additional brass section and also for the photo booth service they provided. Both were absolutely worth the money, and added real value to our day. Paul was a real pleasure and always contactable in the build up to the wedding. He accommodated our requests and was always super quick to respond to any queries we had. On the day, they were extremely discreet in the set-up and brought real energy to their set. The second set (after all the guests had had a few more beverages…) kept the dance floor filled, and the band’s sound was honestly impeccable. The lead singer was ridiculously good (I can’t stress this enough), and the rest of the band provided an absolutely flawless accompaniment. The song banks they crafted were meticulously put together allowing for seamless transitions through songs."

"Saw them at Lechlade festival. They were absolutely amazing. Their set had people dancing from start to finish. A fantastic mixture and some very cool montages and Carmen’s voice was amazing. Highly recommend"

"Last week we had Justina singing live with us on Saturday evening. All we can say is WOW, what a performance and what an incredibly beautiful voice she has. We have had so many compliments from our customers and look forward to welcoming Justina back to sing with us very soon!"

"Rating 5/6 : Very Enjoyable Absolute Mayhem The Horse & Chains, Bushey on Saturday 30 September 2023 It's a rare thing to go into a local pub and hear a keyboard player who has been described as a musical "genius" by none other than David Bowie. This is no tall story either. The musician Billy Ritchie was the first player in rock music to give keyboards a prominent role -- and that was before Keith Emerson (ELP) and Rick Wakeman came on the scene. Billy told me that he remained good friends with the Thin White Duke until his death in 2016. Lanark-born Mr Ritchie now provides the skilful and fancy keyboards and records backing tracks for his latest incarnation Mayhem with talented female singer Carol Leslie. Carol is a really strong vocalist with a gutsy style. This dynamic duo started their first set at the cosy Sebright Arms with Elvis's late sixties' classic Suspicious Minds. The second song was a surprise -- Kirsty MacColl's comedy number There's A Guy Works Down The Chip Shop Swears His Elvis. It was a perfect choice after the first song. Carol and Billy select their material wisely and give their audience something very different from the predictable Mustang Sally, Brown Eyed Girl and I Saw Her Standing There, churned out by so many pub bands. So it was great to hear Georgio Moroder and Phil Oakey's electro smash Together In Electric Dreams, Matchbox's catchy rocker Rockabilly Rebel, Starship's uplifting We Built This City (on which Billy demonstrated his keyboard dexterity) and Solomon Burke's gospel-ish Cry To Me. And that was just the first half. Carol is happy to tackle songs usually associated with male vocalists and she started part two with a raucous version of Bryan Adams' rocker Summer Of 69. If you have never seen Mayhem, ask Billy to perform Light My Fire, the Doors rock classic from 1967. This was a sheer musical masterclass as he re-created both vocally and instrumentally this great song. Billy has a rich, tuneful voice and this was a stunning performance. Other highlights in the second half included Journey's rock anthem Don't Stop Believing, Carol's gritty interpretation if Shania Twain's Man I Feel Like A Woman and a fine performance of Bon Jovi's Living On A Prayer A total of 24 songs and I cannot wait to see this duo again. My only concern is their name. I think many club and pubgoers might think Mayhem are a heavy metal band rather than an all-round, top class duo. "PonyStreet has been a staple in the Los Angeles area since 2012 when they appeared at the MLK holiday parade and celebrations with radio station KJLH sponsoring the festivities in the Historic Lemert park area. The two founding members Norman Street keyboards and Kensworth Perrigan vocals appeared in other bands like Soul City Players, and Higher Groove before creation of their own band and brand of original music and cover songs of the R&B era from 70's 80s 90's and millennium hits. They have performed in the KJLH radio food festivals that took place in the city's of Inglewood and Compton, Roscoe's restaurant in Long beach, private party's in Gardena and Elysian park and award dinners IN Los Angeles. They have a multitude of repertoire consisting of classic music with influences of Reggae, pop, R&B, blues, jazz and standard's from all over the world. The members read music and have been trained in some of the finest music education institutions in Los Angeles."

"This very talented and professional band played at a family wedding recently. They were brilliant! Their music choices were excellent and they had made a huge effort to learn new numbers specifically requested by us. All our guests commented on their professionalism and they managed to energise their audience - lots of dancing! They delivered on all their promises and were totally reliable, a real bonus when planning a wedding. We can't thank them enough as they helped to make our special day really special and we would highly recommend them." (10/10) Gillian Lowey"

"There is no doubt that a formula like that of Ever Wanted has an undisputed charm: the guitarist (usually acoustic) knows how to weave truly hypnotic arpeggios, while dealing with precise and minimal rhythms, on which the saxophonist (also a flautist) manages to create unique and bewitching atmospheres for Brian's dirty and sick voice, committed to making immortal masterpieces of international rock songs. Acoustic enough not to be noisy, original enough to never sound predictable, intelligent enough to have chosen an authorial but mostly very well-known repertoire, in short they were able to give a lulling and stimulating evening. My customers were enthusiastic, I'm goin' to call them again"
Tassello del Sei, Milano (Musical evening)
