"I first heard Alan play at a friend’s wedding and immediately thought that his playing would be a perfect addition to our own wedding day. Alan was very professional straight away from the first time we made an enquiry. He is always very prompt with responding to any questions, which helped a lot with the rest of our wedding planning. Alan was also very accommodating throughout the lead up to our wedding. We were unsure about what song to use for the wedding entrance, and he kindly gave us short preview recordings to help us make our decision. He also gave us very good advice with the type of song to use for our wedding exit. Lastly, his rendition of our requested song (The Forever Now by Mandy Moore) was absolutely perfect and just as we had hoped. Our guests also spoke very highly of Alan throughout the day, and expressed how wonderfully he played.  Alan provided an extra level of ambience that made our day even better. "Dr. Hinojosa is a man of many skills but when you hear him play, it’s much more than skill, you can feel the passion and see Gods blessing upon him. His gift from God gives smiles to the hurting, laughter to the lonely and peace to the soul. It’s always a wonderful time hearing and watching the work of God move through Dr. Hinojosa when he plays the saxophone. His performances do not disappoint, there’s no event too small or too grand, this man is the man you want to hear play. "

"¡100% recomendable! ¡Miguel es un artista increíble!. Un guitarrista inmejorable y totalmente recomendable para cualquier boda. Muy simple en reservar la fecha y trae todo lo que necesita. Con todo el estrés de la boda, le llamé el día antes de la boda para pedir que tocara 'Entre dos aguas' para nuestra entrada durante la ceremonia y me dijo que sí, sin problema. ¡Además, es muy simpático y impresionó a todos los invitados, 100% perfecto!"

"There’s a local connection to this marvellous presentation of Andalusian culture. Daniel Martinez studied flamenco guitar from the age of seven in his native Cordoba and played in the city’s tablaos before moving to the UK in 2015 and establishing his guitar school in Edinburgh. His flamenco troupe has two Scottish guitarists and one of this production’s pieces expresses the happiness Martinez has found in Scotland but the music and movement are undiluted Andalusia. The venue even obliged with Andalusian temperatures, making dancer Gabriela Pouso’s intense and astonishingly precise footwork all the more admirable. There’s music in Pouso’s feet and her close coordination with Martinez’ brilliantly nimble and massively colourful musicianship would have been worth the ticket price alone. That, though, would have robbed us of the fantastically expressive singing and the violinist's superb articulation with his bow. The concert began quietly, with Martinez playing alone, soulfully evoking a calm before the storm. And what a storm: three guitars in intricate partnership, violin and voices soaring as the singers added typically urgent and musical hand clapping and Pouso embodying the music’s vibrant physical presence. Bravo indeed."
