"Jane and I are delighted to be able to review Matt Baxter’s performances at our wedding on Saturday 5th March. Matt was beyond brilliant, prior to the big day his communication with us was excellent, very reassuring and informative. On the day, with so much going on around us, he was a pleasure to deal with, punctual, calm, easy going and very self sufficient. Everything was set up with no fuss and to a really professional standard. Matt’s musicianship, vocals, presence and performance were just amazing, what a talented performer! The two sets were flawless, energetic, entertaining and the highlight of everyone’s evening. We have nothing but praise and admiration for Matt’s talent and he was a truly lovely guy to deal with too. So many people complimented us on hiring such a brilliant performer and I hope we will be able to invite him back for the next celebration soon. Thank you for making our evening go so well !"

"Livi is a versatile and talented singer, and incredibly conscientious - she will do all she can to ensure your event is a success. We had a really great time! She was communicative before the event, ensuring she understood our requirements as well as planning setlists, perfect for a relaxed birthday evening. Livi performed multiple sets, starting off a little slower with some light jazz and moving on to a mixture of classic and modern pop songs, getting people singing along and dancing towards the end of the evening. Would definitely recommend! "

"We booked String Musicians London for our company Christmas Party, and they did not disappoint! We hired a quartet to perform Bridgerton-style music and they also added in some Christmas songs too. It added a whole extra level to the style of the event and all our guests loved them!"

"Nima played the violin at our wedding on 10/01/2025, and he was absolutely amazing! From the get go, he was so patient and easy to deal with, taking the time to have multiple conversations with us about our song choices, the order of songs, and even finer details like what to wear and where he would stand for our entrance. He collaborated so seamlessly with our drummer and saxophonist. You would not have even known that they had never played together. Nima was incredibly organised, sending all backing tracks directly to our DJ, arriving early for a sound check, and ensuring everything ran smoothly. During the performances, our guests were blown away by his talent and the energy he brought to every song. He fully engaged with the crowd, creating an atmosphere like no other. We cannot recommend Nima enough, he is pure talent, and you will not be disappointed!"

"I'm so glad I found Black Tie Optional Band in Portugal! We are big country music fans and had our wedding in Braga this past fall. Black Tie Optional Band rocked the house! Our guests were absolutely thrilled to have pop/country music to dance to. Nicole is so easy to work with and worked with us over several months to make sure our song list was perfect. "I am happy to confirm that you and your colleagues on the sax, bass and piano indubitably added greatly to the atmosphere of the evening. Lots of the guests commented very enthusiastically on how much they had enjoyed the music. My feeling is that you added warmth, sparkle, and a sense of celebration to the evening, and the range and style of play was perfect to modulate between grabbing peoples attention and providing harmonious background, as appropriate for the stage in the proceedings. I was also appreciative of how flexible you were about the times of taking a break so that there was always music except during the brief interlude for speeches. "Αυτή η μπάντα ήταν η καλύτερη επιλογή για τον γάμο μας! Από την πρώτη στιγμή, το κέφι και η ενέργεια που έφεραν στην εκδήλωση ήταν απίστευτα. Έπαιξαν υπέροχα παραδοσιακά κομμάτια, αλλά και σύγχρονα τραγούδια από καλλιτέχνες όπως ο Βέρτης, ο Καράς, ο Παντελίδης και η Βίσση, και όλος ο κόσμος δεν σταμάτησε να χορεύει στην πίστα! Η ενέργεια τους ήταν ατελείωτη και το κλίμα μοναδικό. Αν ψάχνετε για μια μπάντα που να συνδυάζει παραδοσιακή και σύγχρονη μουσική με φοβερή ενέργεια, είναι η ιδανική επιλογή!"
