"These guys werea recommendation to us from a family member who had them for a wedding. As I always like to use a recommendation we were comfortable in booking, I was surprised at the degree of time they took to understand what we wanted from the evening, the detail they looked at was amazing. In the end, it all paid off as the evening went like a dream, they absolutely over delivered against expectations and have certainly raised the bar for what I shall expect with regards to an entertainment package. They played anything we asked, nothing was too much trouble and my Mum who’s surprise 80th birthday party it was, is still ecstatic days later! "I found the Groovadelix when I was looking to book a band for our fraternity's Parents' Weekend. Bob responded very promptly when I reached out for more information and was incredibly professional from the start of the booking to the end of the gig! They played a wonderful variety of rock, pop, & country which fit every audience in attendance. Everyone loved their musicality & professionalism. We definitely recommend them and cannot wait to have them back next year!"

"Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone. Harrison communicated really well beforehand. They came up with the perfect set list and were even happy to learn a new song for us - thank you! On the day they were fun, friendly and sounded amazing. The whole party spent the evening on the dancefloor and we couldn't have asked for a better experience."

"Pharaoh and the Beats recently played at our wedding at Smeetham Hall Barn and provided a really fantastic night of live entertainment for us and our guests! From the start, Leanne and the team's services were super professional. After quickly responding to our initial enquiry and questions, we were invited to a rehearsal to check them out and see if the band's style was a fit for our event. Getting to meet Leanne, hearing her amazing vocal talent live, and seeing how well the band gelled together really put us at ease and confirmed they were going to be the right choice for our wedding. Communication and flexibility from the band leading up to and including the big day was excellent too such as promptly sharing PAT/PLI certificates for the venue, tailoring a varied set-list to our taste/audience, letting us choose a couple of our favourite songs for them to learn and perform, dealing with some speech over-runs compressing set-up time on the night, and even letting the Groom get up on stage with Leanne to sing a few verses of the kiwi classic 'Be Mine Tonight' and Journey's 'Don't Stop Believin'' to the Bride! Everyone had a great night and we were all super impressed with Leanne's stunning vocals and the band's warm up-beat sound. If you're looking for a professional and reliable covers band with a vocalist that can cover a wide range of material and really get the party going, hire these guys!"

"Dr. Saxy was the live music entertainment for Valentine's Day at a restaurant. Not only did he provide a romantic atmosphere with his music, he fulfilled personal requests from tables which helped a full restaurant feel more intimate. He has a wonderful presence, is a gifted musician, and knows how to work well with the crowd. It was a joy!"

"I had Wakeup Starlight come play for my husband's 40th birthday. They were AMAZING! So fun! I had a ton of compliments from my guests on how great the band was. They came with all the production and I didn't have to do anything. They are all super personable and easy to communicate with. The transaction itself was flawless. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys, in fact I'd love to have another event just to have them back."
