I just want to say a huge thank you to Mel’s Acoustic Entertainment for making my birthday celebration so memorable!
The live acoustic performance created such a warm and elegant atmosphere. Mel has an amazing voice, great song selection, and knew exactly how to keep everyone entertained throughout the night. He was also very accommodating with our song requests.
What made the event even better was the DJ karaoke alternates during Mel’s breaks. Instead of having silent pauses, our guests enjoyed singing their favorite songs, dancing, and staying entertained the whole evening. It kept the energy high from start to finish!
The sound quality was excellent, everything was professionally organized, and many of our family and friends complimented the entertainment. Everyone had a wonderful time, from the older guests to the younger ones.
If you’re looking for entertainment for a birthday, wedding, anniversary, corporate event, or any special occasion, I highly recommend Mel’s Acoustic Entertainment. The combination of live acoustic music + DJ karaoke is absolutely worth it!

From the first video call well before our wedding, to constantly making sure we were creating the perfect ceremony/cocktail/dinner playing experience I can not stress enough how quick his responses were and how much he actually cared about our special day.
Hans quickly put together a professional contract for us so all the details were set in stone almost half a year before the wedding date!
Hans was able to play ANY song that we requested as well as to play a very specific piece during my wife’s walk down the aisle - timing it perfect and effortlessly all by himself.
Furthermore Hans actually also helped us out with other caterers and arranged his own transport to a very remote location.
10/10 experience working with Hans through the entire process"

"Gillian and her trio were AMAZING! They really completed the whole vibe for my 50th Birthday! They played a jazz set as the guests arrived and then switched modes to dance party band and even had some of the guests sit in and play!! We were blown away with their professionalism, punctuality, adaptability, ability to switch from background music to full on party band! Gillian is a phenomenal vocalist and bassist and her band was funky and FUN! They curated set lists that were perfect for the whole event. I highly recommend them for ANY event as they are very adaptable and entertaining!"
