Communication between customers and suppliers

Before you book

Before you confirm a booking with a supplier, you can contact them to discuss your event in full.

There are 2 main ways to speak to suppliers:

  • Send messages through your account  (you can talk to the supplier in real-time if they are online)
  • Video/Audio meetings (like a Zoom-call)

Please don't share any direct contact details (e.g. phone number, email, website) or personal information before you confirm a booking.

 

After you book

Direct contact details (phone/email address) are automatically shared when you confirm your booking.
