TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. BOOKING & PAYMENT A booking is only confirmed once the required deposit has been received. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing. 2. SETUP & ACCESS Clients must ensure that the venue provides adequate space, power supply, and safe access for setup and operation. Setup and breakdown times will be communicated before the event. 3. EVENT DELAYS If the event starts later than the agreed time due to delays not caused by 360 Moments by Mosi, operating time may be reduced accordingly unless additional time is arranged and paid for. 4. DAMAGE & LIABILITY Clients are responsible for any intentional damage caused to equipment by guests, attendees, or venue staff during the hire period. 360 Moments by Mosi reserves the right to stop operations if equipment or staff safety is compromised. 5. WEATHER CONDITIONS Outdoor setups require suitable weather conditions and adequate cover. In the event of unsafe weather conditions, services may be paused, relocated, or cancelled for equipment and staff safety. 6. CONTENT DELIVERY Digital content, galleries, and edited media will be delivered within the agreed turnaround time. Delivery times may vary depending on event size and editing requirements. 7. CANCELLATIONS Deposits are non-refundable as they secure the booking date and preparation costs. Date changes are subject to availability. 8. USE OF CONTENT 360 Moments by Mosi may use photos, videos, and event content captured during events for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested by the client in writing before the event. 9. FORCE MAJEURE 360 Moments by Mosi will not be held liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including power outages, extreme weather, venue restrictions, government actions, or emergencies. 10. GENERAL By confirming a booking, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
