We require clear loading access, nearby parking for our vehicles, sufficient space for the agreed setup and suitable power supplies. Access times, power requirements and any staging needs are agreed in advance for each event. Outdoor events also require suitable weather protection for equipment and working areas.

Setup and pack-down times depend on the size and complexity of the production and the venue’s access. We confirm the schedule in advance, allowing sufficient time for installation, system checks and any required soundcheck before guests arrive. Larger productions may require access earlier in the day or on the previous day.
