The Appalachian Mermaid Society (AMS) is a group of Aquatic Performers and their “Wranglers” working within the Appalachian Region. With a variety of performance experience from beginner to advanced our performers make it their goal to bring magic to any and all events that we attend.
Our mission is to support the Appalachian Community through performances, awareness, and fundraising. Appalachia is our home and we want to work to bring magic to a community that is often overlooked by the masses. Thru our performances we want to bring joy, share the magic, and work with local organizations to support this community.
