Basic requirements are an ample performance space for the size of the group and instruments requested.Close proximity to working electrical power points. Parking to allow for equipment distribution. Where applicable the necessary monitoring requirements (to be discussed). Changing facilities, refreshments and a place of rest for the entertainers to prepare. The minimum of one parking space.

An exact venue location is required. Providing exact or approximate times where we can set up and perform a sound check. Also information of any existing sound set up or existing sound system within the venue or D. J/Band so we can collaborate with them and organise accordingly to the best intrest oft venue, party hosts and the entertainers.

Where required we can provide the said sound equipment with lighting and smoke machines etc This service is provided at an extra cost, dependant on location etc. Where necessary we will contact a vendor closer to the location for flexibility, logistics and better rates. We provide a full sound system with PA, speakers, amplifiers and microphones as a standard. For venues further away we reccomend to use local vendors closer to the location to provide these services for ease of logistics. All options are available and handled by the group personally. No request to big or small. Inclusive of digital screen displays and many more upon request.

Yes we can provide this service at an additional cost or as part of our package deals including the service. This must be booked and confirmed within due time ahead of the date to coincide with your time and music requirements and any schedule and requests for your special event. This is all included in the different packages required by the customer for their specific needs and requirements. We will work with you to provide and let you choose genre playlistand/or DJ's

The best Club venue we worked in has to be The Pavilion (BouzoukiaClub) in Nicosia Cyprus. Boasting a 2000 seated capacity amongst two floors. Multiple special and visual effects. Full electronic intergrated stages rising platforms staircases Outfolding stages and a main elevation stage rising and lowering to the ground floor. Featuring a ten piece band and eight singers. With Special Guest star singers from Greece at least once a month. Pantelis Pantelidis, Panos kiamos and all the greats performed there.

Regardless of the venue our main focus is to entertain the guests and interact with them, making sure they don't leave the dance floor and join us in singing their favourite hits together with us in order to experince the APOLLO PROJECT in its purest and truest form

We have been performing from our teenage years at many events and featured heavily in the Greek "Bouzoukia music scene internationally. Our Bouzouki /vocalist also released his official debut album in Greece in 2004 with 12 original songs written by renowned song writer Ilias Phillioou who has penned songs for the likes of (Vertis, Paola, Karras, Argiros, Oikonomopoulos) to name but a few. We have supported and played alongside Zafiris Melas, Sotis Volanis, Dimitris Mpasis, Vasilis Mpatis, Nikos Romanos, Chris Anastasiou, Sofia Papazoglou, Christos Galanos, Xristos Karatzakos, Thanos Darousis, Diogenis, Greg Markelis and Kostas Karangelis. Our performances experience spans over six countries of continuous work and performance.

We like to arrive several hours before the performance. First to see our performance space and surroundings. Then to set up and test all equipment and to oversee any issues and rectify them in order to ensure the best and smoothest performance without technical issues arising wherever possible. Regarding performance times we recommended performance Intervals and alternative music via D. J or dange groups etc, but this will be discussed by the client according to their request and requirements. We are happy to cater for all individuals regarding set times and length accordingly. We never r have any issues playing a little over agreed times within reason to please our clients and your special guests. All of which can be discussed prior to the booking. Its our pleasure to make your event as special as possible and for everyone to be happy and satisfied at the end of the evening.

We are happy to perform outside but with the necessary equipment in place tonallow us to perform comfortably and without stress. For example a covering of sorts for the band should there be rain so we can perform and be safe due to all the electrical equipment on stage. In warmer environments several fans so we can perform at our best without overheating. In much colder environments the necessary heating equipment.

This is your event/special day and it is our pleasure to cater to your requirements and provide you with your specific playlists, genres/artists and favourite songs etc. tailored to your individual taste and style.
Specific and key songs to be discussed beforehand so the group can prepare them to be performed at the correct time andmusical peak. You can also provide us with set lists and artists of your choice so we can coordinate our performance accordingly to yourt tastes
