Booking Confirmation A booking is confirmed only when both parties have signed the agreement and the required deposit has been received. Dates are held on a first-come, first-served basis. Fees and Payment A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your date. This is deducted from the total fee. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the event. Payment can be made via bank transfer or cash. Receipts are provided upon request. Cancellation Policy If you cancel more than 30 days before the event, the deposit is retained, and no further payment is due. If you cancel within 14 days of the event, the full fee remains payable. If I am unable to perform due to illness or emergency, I will make every effort to arrange a suitable replacement. If this is not possible, a full refund of all payments made will be issued. On the Day I will arrive at the venue at least 60–90 minutes before the performance for setup and sound check. I will perform the agreed repertoire and duration as confirmed in writing prior to the event. What I Need From You To ensure everything runs smoothly, please provide: A safe, suitable performance space with access to a power supply. A quiet preparation area (if possible). Clear access for loading equipment. Adequate venue insurance and compliance with health and safety regulations. Equipment and Sound I provide my own mics unless otherwise agreed. The sound equipment must be arranged by you and discussed in advance, however this can be arranged on prior discussion and request Recording and Photography Audio or video recording of the performance is not permitted without prior written consent. If consent is given, recordings are for personal, non-commercial use only. Publicity I may use photographs or video footage from your event for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing. Independent Contractor I am an independent contractor, not an employee. I am responsible for my own tax and National Insurance contributions. Liability I am not liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by unsafe venue conditions. You are responsible for ensuring the venue has appropriate insurance cover. Force Majeure Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform if prevented by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, strikes, pandemic, fire, or severe weather. Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
