Power: Min. 6 separate grounded 220V outlets on stage.Note for international fly-gigs: Full drum kit and guitar amp must be provided as backline by the client.
🔹 SOLO / DUO / TRIO Formats:Much simpler technical setup (6-channel mixer, 2 monitors, 1-2 DI boxes). Full simplified rider for smaller line-ups is available immediately upon request.

To ensure a smooth performance, please share the venue name, address, guest count, and stage dimensions. Additionally, provide details regarding sound limiters, drum restrictions, existing audio equipment, logistics, and power supply requirements.

For smaller events (Solo/Duo) within a 200 km radius of Budapest:
We can provide a high-quality, compact sound system suitable for up to 50 guests for an additional fee. This is a perfect, hassle-free option for intimate weddings, private dinners, or cocktail hours. Please let us know if you need us to bring our gear when you submit your enquiry!
For the Full Quartet or international events (over 200 km from Budapest):Sound and lighting equipment must be provided by the venue or rented locally. We do not bring our own PA or backline for these larger formats. However, we are happy to recommend trusted rental companies we’ve personally worked with across Europe. We can suggest 2–3 reliable providers with fair pricing and help coordinate the quote to ensure everything is smooth and budget-friendly for you.

We don't offer a professional DJ service or beatmatched DJ sets.
However, we can happily provide simple background music via Spotify to accompany your event smoothly:
- Before our first set (e.g., welcome drinks / ceremony / guests arriving)
- During breaks / dinner / between our sets
- After our final set (if needed, until the party continues)
We connect our device (laptop or tablet) directly to the venue's PA system (or use a portable speaker if required), play a curated Spotify playlist (Premium account, no ads), and handle volume / transitions manually. You just tell us the vibe, genres, artists or specific songs you love (or hate), and we'll create and manage a perfect playlist tailored to your wedding timeline.
This covers playlist curation, setup, monitoring during the event, and smooth handovers to/from our live sets.

Absolutely! We designed Aura Music Ent. to be completely scalable. Many clients book our Acoustic Duo for a sophisticated daytime cocktail hour, and later upgrade to the Full Quartet with drums and guitar to rock the evening dance party. You can easily start by securing your date with our base duo format, and upgrade to a Trio or Full Quartet up to 30 days before the event. We are completely flexible and will adapt the pricing and contract accordingly.

Performance Duration: Our standard live music sets are 2 × 45 minutes or 3 × 30 minutes, completely adaptable to your event's schedule.
Setup & Soundcheck (Solo/Duo): We require approximately 45–60 minutes for load-in, setup, and soundcheck. Usually completed well before guests arrive.
Setup & Soundcheck (Trio/Quartet): Due to the full drum kit and extra backline, we require 90–120 minutes for setup and a thorough soundcheck to guarantee flawless sound quality.
We always prefer to arrive and finish our soundcheck a few hours before the gig starts or before the guests enter the room.

Open-air weddings, garden cocktail hours, and terrace parties always have an amazing atmosphere.
To ensure a flawless performance and protect our professional equipment, we just require a few basic conditions:
Shelter: A sturdy cover, marquee, or gazebo to protect the band and instruments from direct sunlight, wind, and unexpected rain.
Flat Surface: A solid, dry, and level performance area or stage (not directly on grass, sand, or dirt).
Safe Power: Stable, grounded electrical power supply near the stage area.If the weather forces the event to move indoors, we are fully flexible and happy to adapt to the backup indoor space!

Absolutely, our clients have a huge say in what we play! We want the soundtrack of your event to be deeply personal.
Here is how we work:
Tailored Setlists: We share our extensive repertoire list (spanning Soul, Motown, R&B, Funk, and modern Pop hits) with you in advance. You can easily highlight your absolute favorite songs and tell us which tracks you'd prefer to skip.
Special Song Requests: We are more than happy to learn specific songs just for your event (e.g., your wedding first dance or a special corporate entrance song) completely free of charge. All we ask is for notice at least 3–4 weeks prior to the event so we can arrange and rehearse it perfectly.
Our goal is to create the exact "Aura" you envision, making the musical experience completely unique to you and your guests.
