About / Biography

My stage name is b0ddha. I have been mixing for 8 years, including 6 years in Miami where I performed in nightclubs and at private events such as La FIPA. I recently arrived in Paris and am looking for new opportunities and events. I play across a wide range of styles, always adapting to the crowd to ensure no one leaves the party unsatisfied. I started out learning on vinyls with a professional DJ, which gave me a strong foundation and a deep respect for the craft.

Technical Info

What are your basic technical requirements?

I don’t require a specific amount of space, as long as there is a table available for me to set up my equipment.

What information do you require about a venue?

I would need to know if there are any restrictions on the sound level, whether the event is indoors or outdoors, and the exact location.

Do you provide sound and lighting equipment?

Yes, i provide all of the materials the only thing i would need is a table where i can install myself.

Can you provide a Spotify/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes, the client can request their personal music while i am playing, but if it’s only to bring my speakers and play songs from Spotify, from my point of view there is no point.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best gig you've ever done and the best venue you've ever worked at?

I played at a private event in a large venue with over 200 guests. Out of all the nightclubs and galas I’ve performed at, this event stood out to me the most both for the spaciousness and the quality of the setup. The client had rented lasers and smoke machines, creating a stunning visual atmosphere that left a lasting impression on me.

What's your favourite type of event?

I especially enjoy performing at private events and in nightclubs, as they offer an exceptional atmosphere and energy that always make the experience unforgettable for guests.

What's your previous experience and how did you start gigging?

I began DJing at just 10 years old, learning on vinyls under the guidance of an experienced DJ I met in a restaurant and asked to mentor me. By the age of 15, I was already performing in various nightclubs and galas.

Which artists have you been most influenced by, who is your favourite artist and what is the greatest song of all time?

I’ve been most influenced by artists such as Martin Garrix, Martin Solveig, Bob Sinclar, David Guetta, and James Hype. My favorite is Martin Garrix, because despite his huge success, he has remained humble and authentic. For me, the greatest song of all time is "Wake Me Up" by Avicii a pure musical genius who created an entirely new genre by blending country and electronic music.

Performance Info

What are your typical setup and performance times?

I usually arrive 30 minutes to 1 hour before my set to set up. The longest set I’ve done was 9 hours, though I typically play 6–8 hours, adapting to the crowd’s energy and requests.

Are you happy to perform outside?

I’m happy to perform outdoors, as long as it doesn’t rain and if it does, I just need to be properly covered.

Do the clients have a say in what you play or is it a set repertoire list only?

For private events, clients always have a say in what I play. I usually prepare the playlist in advance based on their requests, and I’m happy to take additional song requests during the set. In nightclubs, however, I don’t take requests, as my sets are crafted to match the crowd’s energy and people usually don’t ask anyway, since I keep them dancing without the need to.

How do previous clients most commonly describe your performances?

All of my clients have been very satisfied with my performances. Many even tipped me, sent congratulatory messages afterward, and I can provide their contact details as references if needed.

What makes you a good fit for my event, and why you?

Having played in Miami for many years, I’ve learned to adapt to a wide range of cultures and audiences. I prepare in advance based on each client’s requests, but I also read the crowd in real time to create the perfect atmosphere and keep people dancing. My experience across private events, nightclubs, and diverse age groups allows me to adjust my sets to any situation, making sure the music always fits the moment.
