BAXLEY THE MENTALIST | An Experience Beyond Explanation
What if someone could know what you're thinking before you say a word?
Imagine an evening where your guests become part of something extraordinary. Thoughts are revealed, impossible predictions come true, and the line between psychology, intuition, and the impossible becomes wonderfully blurred.
Welcome to the world of Baxley the Mentalist.
Baxley brings a unique blend of mind-reading entertainment, psychological mystery, intelligent humor, and engaging audience participation to corporate events, private celebrations, and theater stages. This isn't your typical magic show. It's an interactive experience that leaves guests amazed, entertained, and talking long after the event ends.
Whether performing for an intimate gathering or a room full of hundreds, Baxley creates unforgettable moments with the audience at the center of the experience.
CORPORATE ENTERTAINMENT & STAGE SHOWS
Looking for entertainment that will make your next event stand out?
Baxley's stage performances combine sophisticated mentalism, surprising revelations, and intelligent comedy into a polished, highly interactive show. Perfect for corporate holiday parties, awards banquets, conferences, appreciation events, and galas.
Rather than simply watching a performance, your guests become part of the mystery. The result is an experience that brings the room together through laughter, amazement, and shared moments of astonishment.
WALK-AROUND MENTALISM & COCKTAIL ENTERTAINMENT
For receptions, cocktail hours, networking events, and upscale private gatherings, Baxley brings the impossible directly to your guests.
Working with small groups throughout the event, he creates extraordinary moments of mind-reading and interactive mystery, often using nothing more than the thoughts and decisions of the people standing in front of him.
It's an ideal way to break the ice, spark conversation, and give guests something remarkable to experience together.

For stage performances, I require a reliable sound system suitable for the audience size, including a wireless headset and handheld microphones. A well-lit performance area with clear visibility for the audience is ideal. Access to electrical power may be needed depending on the show setup.
For walk-around mentalism, technical requirements are minimal. I move among guests and perform in small groups without the need for a stage, microphones, or special lighting.
I like to know the approximate audience size, venue layout, and whether the performance will take place indoors or outdoors. For stage shows, it's helpful to know the size of the performance area, available sound and lighting equipment, and whether there's a designated stage.
I also appreciate information about parking, loading access, and the event schedule. I'm happy to work with event coordinators to make sure everything runs smoothly.
I can provide my own wireless headset and handheld microphones upon request but prefer to use the venue's existing sound system and lighting whenever possible. For larger events, I can coordinate directly with the venue or AV team to ensure everything is ready for the performance.
Walk-around mentalism requires no additional sound or lighting equipment, making it an easy addition to receptions, cocktail hours, and private events.
My performances are flexible and can accommodate a variety of venues and event sizes.
For stage shows, a clear performance area of approximately 10 feet by 10 feet is generally sufficient, although a larger stage is welcome. Good visibility and proximity to the audience are more important than having an elaborate stage setup.
For walk-around mentalism, no dedicated performance space is necessary. I mingle with guests and perform directly in small groups throughout the event.
Corporate events are some of my favorites! I love the challenge of taking a room full of professionals, getting them to relax, laugh, and experience something completely unexpected.
There's something especially rewarding about seeing the CEO, the newest employee, and everyone in between equally amazed by something they can't explain.
I also love performing in theaters, where I can take audiences on a longer journey through psychology, mystery, and wonder. And walk-around mentalism at receptions is always a blast because the reactions are so personal and immediate.
Ultimately, my favorite events are the ones where people come expecting entertainment and leave with an experience they'll be talking about for years.
I'm not interested in simply showing people a collection of tricks. I want to create an experience they genuinely remember.
My performances combine psychological mystery, mind-reading, storytelling, intelligent humor, and audience participation in a way that feels sophisticated without ever taking itself too seriously.
One of the biggest differences is that my audiences aren't just watching the impossible happen. They're part of it. Their thoughts, decisions, and personalities become central to the experience, creating moments that feel completely unique to that particular event.
I also believe great entertainment should complement an event rather than compete with it. Whether I'm performing for a corporate audience of hundreds or mingling with guests at an intimate reception, I adapt my performance to the people in front of me.
The result is more than a magic show. It's a shared experience that gets people laughing, connecting, questioning what they believe is possible, and talkin
