GigHeaven Pricing Terms & Conditions 1. Package Pricing All advertised GigHeaven package prices are final and fixed for the services and inclusions stated in the applicable package. Package pricing is not negotiable and may not be altered unless GigHeaven expressly offers a promotional discount, special offer, or other approved adjustment. The package price covers only the services, equipment, entertainment, and inclusions specifically stated in the selected package. Any additional services, equipment, upgrades, extended hours, travel, or special requirements may incur additional charges. 2. Customised Quote Requests GigHeaven also provides clients with the option to create a fully customised quote based on their individual event requirements. With a customised quote, the client has full access and control over the available options and can select, add, remove, or adjust services and requirements according to their event needs and budget. Customised quotes may include options such as entertainment, DJ services, sound, lighting, event coordination, additional equipment, venue requirements, event services, and other available GigHeaven offerings. The customised quote system is designed to give the client maximum flexibility and transparency. The client remains in control of the services they choose, subject to availability and the applicable pricing of each selected service. 3. Custom Quote Pricing The total price of a customised quote is calculated according to the services and options selected by the client. GigHeaven will not automatically add services or charges that have not been selected or agreed to, except where a clearly applicable mandatory charge, such as approved travel or venue-related requirements, has been disclosed. A customised quote is not considered a confirmed booking until the client has reviewed and accepted the quote and completed any required booking or deposit payment. 4. Quote Validity Unless otherwise stated on the quotation, customised quotes are valid for the period specified on the quote. Prices, availability, promotions, and selected services may be subject to change after the quote validity period has expired. 5. Additional Services Any services or requirements requested after a package or customised quote has been accepted may be charged separately. Additional services are subject to availability and must be approved by the client before they are added to the booking. 6. Promotions and Discounts Promotional pricing and discounts are only applicable where specifically advertised or approved by GigHeaven. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated otherwise. A promotional discount does not change the standard pricing of a package or service and applies only to the terms of the specific promotion. 7. Client Confirmation By accepting a package or customised quotation, the client confirms that they have reviewed the selected services, pricing, inclusions, exclusions, and applicable terms and conditions. The accepted quotation forms the basis of the client's booking with GigHeaven. 8. Pricing Transparency GigHeaven aims to provide clear and transparent pricing. Clients are encouraged to review their package or customised quote carefully and ensure that all required services are included before confirming their booking. Where a client requires something that is not listed in their package or customised quote, they should request it before confirming the booking.
